Registration Policy
- At least one non-student registration (full, main or workshop) is required for each paper presented at the main conference or workshop.
- At least one presenter per accepted poster/demo must register for the conference.
- Student registrations are available to full-time students only. Students must show proof of student status upon their arrival.
- A single non-student main or full conference registration can cover up to three conference and/or poster papers in total for which the registrant is an author/co-author. A workshop registration can cover up to two papers in the same workshop. Separate workshop registrations are required for papers in different workshops.
- If registration is cancelled before the cancellation deadline, a refund of 50% of the registration fee paid will be given. No refund will be given after the cancellation deadline or for no shows.
Group Discount
If five (5) people from the same organization register for CCS, then you will receive one free main conference registration (Tuesday through Thursday, excluding workshops and tutorials). To receive the discount, please register the first 5 people then send an email with the names of the registered members to the registration chair (see email address at the bottom of this page). We will send you a discount code with which you can register one additional person for the conference. Students receiving the student travel award would not count in the group registration. You will receive the least expensive registered fee (i.e., 2 main conference tickets + 2 full conference tickets + 1 student full registration = 1 voucher with a value of $900 (full conference student registration).

Registration Schedule
| Full conference: | Includes the main conference, pre- and post-conference workshops, tutorials and all social events (October 30 – November 3, 2017). |
| Main conference: | Includes main conference only (including social events and tutorials). Does not include workshops (October 30 or November 3, 2017). |
| One-day workshop: | Includes one workshop, either pre- or post-conference (October 30 or November 3, 2017). |
| One-day tutorial: | Includes one tutorial (October 31, November 1, or November 2). |
| Social events: | Additional tickets for welcome reception or banquet can be purchased for guests, tutorial or workshop registrants. |
Note: ACM CCS has not historically offered any discount to ACM members for registration in one-day tutorial/workshop.
